2007年3月27日上午，广东省军区副司令员倪增少将率工作组一行，在深圳警备区司令员刘勇大校和参谋长刘胜标大校等人的陪同下，考察参观了罗湖国防大厦，并听取了我区民兵预备役和国防教育工作的情况汇报。倪副司令对我区民兵预备役和国防教育工作给予了高度评价，盛赞我区党管武装工作成效显著。
