驻伊美军装备“电流飞镖”：M／X26电击枪




这是一次十分冒险的特e试验。美国的泰瑟国际公司从美军特种部队和特警队请来了60位志愿者，让他们“以身试枪”。技术人员手持一种新奇的枪向志愿者射击，结果有效率为100％。中枪者像被点了要害穴位一样，半秒钟之内全都动弹不得。这便是著名的电击枪试验。试验的是M26型电击枪。

M26型电击枪是美国泰瑟国际公司产品，1998年面世。它没有子弹，靠发射带电的像飞镖似的探针制服目标。人们把这种电探针称作“电流飞镖”。命中目标后，目标浑身肌肉痉挛，痛得缩成一团。泰瑟“电流飞镖”的速度为60米／秒，因此目标反应速度再快，也无法躲避。它对瞄准的要求不那么高，只要击中身体任何部位，都足以使目标瘫倒在地。

X26电击枪是M26的最新改进型。它外观精美，具有与M26同样的功能，但体积和重量却减少了60%，而且更高效。M26需用8节电池，26瓦功率，而X26只有5瓦功率。X26的锂电池组小而轻，且使用寿命长。X26发射两根尾部连接金属线的探针，射向目标时前2秒钟每秒19个脉冲，突破衣服和皮肤阻抗，后3秒钟每秒15个脉冲进入人体。这时枪与目标之间形成回路。电流流向目标，引起目标肌肉痉挛，短暂失能。它不会对人体造成长期伤害。

X26电击枪还有记录功能、由5秒到1秒的倒计时显示功能。使用者在扣动扳机后，枪膛后面会弹出许多小纸条，上面印有本枪的序列号。枪内微型芯片，专门记录每次射击的日期和时间。据说，美军警装备新电击枪后，误伤率减少了80％。在伊拉克执行任务的美军也用上了X26电击枪。如在城市巷战不需要使用致命性手段时，X26电击枪就派上了用场。目前这种单枝售价350美元的电击枪外销到60 多个国家。美陆军也订购了数百枝X26电击枪，耗资24万美元。
