我不知您是否对吴小斌有成见,或是认错了人或车(当然世事无绝对,公安民警在十分十分特殊情况下为方便执行任务时有摘开车牌或换个牌现象),据我所了解,他使用的是自己家里的车,且有牌证。如您所说属实,请您本着对他人负责的态度,照个相片发上来让大家看看,这才是最有说服力的,否则就别冤枉人家,甚至否曲公安民警形象。

您好,目前,在电白使用的电动自行车和燃油助力车大部分都不符合国家标准,应属于轻便摩托车以上机动车,必须登记上牌,驾驶人应持有相应驾驶证。但是,根据《机动车登记规定》第八条、第九条的规定,机动车除有合法来源外,未经国务院机动车产品主管部门许可生产的不能办理注册登记,而助力车和电动自行车等均没有经过机动车产品主管部门许可生产的,车管部门目前是不能予以办理注册登记的。鉴于上述情况,我们建议市民不要为图便宜,被非法经销商欺骗造成损失。
