好吧，多普达828与摩托罗拉E680i最大的区别在于：多普达是用WINDOWS系统，而摩托罗拉E680i是用LIUNX系统。E680i内在的只支持JAVA，升级开发或刷机等在靠自已，要有一定的电脑专业水准及爱好。
两者功能差不多，E680i机身厚一点，屏幕小一点。828薄一点，屏幕比E680i大一点

内存容量大幅飙升：
　　828+配备了128M RAM，比818的64M RAM整整翻了一倍，达到了696的水平，不知是进步还是倒退了，呵呵。但是，用户对内存的欲望是无止境的，内存容量是多多益善。由于只是测试样机的关系，此次送测的828+还是维持64M RAM＋64M ROM的配置，正式上市时应该会达到宣传的128＋64内存。

百万拍摄不过不失：
　　多普达828+可进行全屏取景，取景相当流畅，尤其日间效果最好。各种基本参数都会在屏幕上显示，最高可拍摄分辨率为960×1280的照片，在光源不足的情况下，取景效果则变得很一般，噪点十分明显。按下快门到照片出现的之间的间隔比较长，这时要防止抖动，以避免照片模糊。

短片拍摄是相当流畅的，由于128M的大容量内存，因此828可连续拍摄1个多小时的视频，而特效和相框等功能十分完善。828的日间成象一般，物体稍显模糊，也有少许偏色，但曝光充足，紫边也不算明显。在光线不足的环境下，曝光依然不错，可是照片噪点大量增加，令观赏性受到很大影响，看来多普达在拍摄方面还是有待完善。

内置功能媲美电脑：
　　由于多普达828+配备Windows CE Pocket PC操作系统，因此可以完成电脑Windows的部分功能，通过主题功能可令屏幕的菜单、色彩、壁纸全套更换，让桌面焕然一新，通过调节屏幕亮度，可以有效地节约电源，由于828的透反式屏幕对环境光线不太敏感，因此可以放心地把屏幕亮度调低。

　内置的文件管理器与后台任务管理器，可方便地对文件进行复制、粘贴、多选等基本操作，操作方式与Windows XP基本一致，用惯电脑的用户会很容易上手。虽然828+拥有128M内存，但通过任务管理器关闭一些不常用的程序还是非常必要的，可以有效避免迟缓、死机等现象。

通过底部工具栏的快捷方式，我们可以方便地切换横屏和竖屏操作，横屏之后的828+显然更接近于电脑的Windows界面，而且游戏操作也更为顺手。手写功能是PPC系统的传统强项，经过实际测试，发现828+的手写感觉依然出众，尤其对潦草字体的辨认能力很强，识别速度快，对于笔者这种“书法白痴”来说更为适用。

特色功能有待完善：
　　多普达手机的硬件配置是十分不错的，PPC系统的内置功能也十分强大，但似乎过于依赖PPC的固有功能了，特色功能不够丰富一直是多普达手机的弱势所在。在828+身上，我们欣喜地看到JAVA百宝箱、移动证券、短信备份等增值功能，但依然不够丰富，令828+的特色不够鲜明。当然，基于PPC良好的扩展性，我们是可以自行安装软件以扩充手机功能的。
